Our Organization
Linda D. Normandin is a founding member of the St Joseph Church Preservation Society. She serves as both the President and Secretary. She was the Former President & CEO of Laconia Savings Bank {now Bank of New Hampshire}. Prior to her retirement, Linda served as the Finance Director, Interim President & CEO of the Taylor Community. She was confirmed into the Catholic faith on December 1, 2012, and has been an active member of the St. Andre Bessette Parish, serving on the Finance Council and co-chairing the Holy Trinity Endowment Trust Summer Fundraising Event for the past eight years.
Other community activities Linda is involved with include: Trustee of the Edwin C. Remick Testamentary Trust, Trustee of New Hampshire Higher Education Assistance Foundation Subsidiary Board, and Trustee and Secretary of the Blakeley-Mills Newfound Regional Scholarship Foundation Inc.
Linda lives in Belmont.
Karen Sullivan is a founding member of the St. Joseph Church Preservation Society. She retired in 2018 after teaching at Holy Trinity School for 23 years. She was honored to be named the NH National History Day Middle School Teacher of the Year in 2013, and the American Daughters of the Revolution NH History Teacher of the Year in 2016. She has been a communicant of St. Joseph Church and St. Andre Bessette Parish for over 40 years.
Other community interests Karen is involved with include: Child Advocate for CASA of New Hampshire, President of the Holy Trinity Regional School Advisory Board, and Ward Clerk.
Karen lives in Laconia.
Dianne Castrucci has been a parishioner of St. Joseph Church for over 25 years where she was an Extraordinary Eucharistic Minister and, for several years, served as coordinator of the adoration volunteers. Residents of Laconia, NH, Dianne and her husband, Richard Castrucci, a parishioner of St. Joseph Church for over 60 years, met each other and later married in St. Joseph Church. Passionate about the Catholic faith, in 2015, Dianne started the 6-year formation process in the Order of Carmelites Discalced Secular (OCDS). In October 2021, she made her definitive promise to the OCDS canonically established community of Blessed Virgin Mary and Saint Joseph in Concord, NH, where she is also the Community Secretary. Additionally, she lived her Cursillo weekend in Spring 2014 and upon invitation returned as a leader in Fall 2015. Professionally, Dianne is the Executive Director of the NH Alcohol & Drug Abuse Counselors Association and is credentialed as a Master Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor. She brings seventeen years of nonprofit leadership to the Society.

Donna Gaudet Hosmer, Esq. is a founding member of the St. Joseph Church Preservation Society. She is an attorney and business owner, a partner in PAK Solutions, LLC, a NH manufacturer, as well as a philanthropist serving several charitable organizations including the Boys & Girls Club of the Lakes Region Endowment Trust and the Sakowich Foundation. She has served on the Holy Trinity Advisory Board from 2009-2021 when she stepped down after serving as Chair. She has been a member of the Granite State Children’s Alliance Board since 2017. Donna is married to Andrew Hosmer and their four children were baptized in St. Joseph’s Church, a\where they continue to worship.
Donna and Andrew have lived in Laconia for 25 years.

Andrew Hosmer is a founding member of the St. Joseph Church Preservation Society. He has served four years in the NH State Senate where he sponsored a first-in-the-nation bill repealing sub-minimum wages for the disabled, a bill that modernized investment vehicles for domestic insurers, and legislation addressing critical updates to New Hampshire’s trust laws. He is currently in his second term as Mayor of Laconia. Andrew is a trustee and past chair of the Holy Trinity Endowment Trust of St. Joseph’s Church, and founded Navigating Recovery of the Lakes Region, the first community recovery organization of its kind in central New Hampshire.
Paul Gaudet Sr. is a founding member of the St. Joseph Church Preservation Society. Paul founded AutoServ Dealerships, central NH’s largest retail automobile dealership chain, which he recently sold after 30 years. He helped to found several non-profit organizations including the Boys & Girls Club of the Lakes Region and Sakowich Foundation. He currently also serves on the Holy Trinity Endowment Trust.
Paul and his wife Brigid live in Gilford.
Robert (Bob) Smith is a founding member of the St. Joseph Church Preservation Society. Bob is the retired Chairman and CEO of American Express Bank International (AEBI ), a subsidiary of American Express Company. After retiring from AEBI he became a partner ETC, a remanufacturer of Automobile Front Wheel Drive Axles. He and his wife, Miriam are known as quiet and generous contributors to numerous Lakes Region causes. They were founding members of the Holy Trinity Endowment Trust and are also strong supporters of the New Hampshire Humane Society and the Prescott Farm Environmental Center in Laconia. Robert and his wife Miriam were awarded the 2020 Irwin Award for the major gift they recently made to the Boys’ and Girls’ club of the Lakes Region. Bob and Miriam live in Gilford and are members of the St. Andre Bessette Parish.
